Making A Purchase Browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and fill in the details.

We require written confirmation by post, fax or email stating your intention to cancel within seven working days, and the reason why. Goods must be returned with original packaging & labels in perfect unused condition. You will be required to return the goods to us upon cancellation; the cost of this will be at your own expense. Under the regulations you have an obligation to take reasonable care of goods you wish to return. We reserve the right to charge you costs for recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to return the goods. We will only charge the direct costs associated should we need to enforce this action - you can request a copy of receipts for costs incurred in the recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to comply with the terms herein.


RETURN OF GOODS - For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly the cost of returning the goods would be at your own expense.Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be refunded.
Shipping And Handling The cost of standard shipping is £4.95 for which delivery will be 48 hours wherever possible, £12.95 for Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands & Islands. Large Bulk orders please confirm shipping charge via our hotline. Please note that at peak times shipping may be delayed.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day although we will notify you of any delay from third parties. We do not charge until the Items are ready for shipping to you . International orders are generally received in under 12 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in our prices.

GUIDANCE NOTE REGARDING EURO PRICING - We display euro prices based on the conversion rate of 1.7 Euros to the GB Sterling Pound. This is a yardstick for guidance only. If you select to pay by credit card your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Sterling from your own currency or euro equivalent at the daily exchange rate for that day. Our guidance means your actual euro cost will in most instances be less than indicated on the website (subject to daily exchange rate) If you pay by cheque or postal delivery we will apply the daily exchange rate in force on the day of the transaction.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Sterling or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Access, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
