About us

We are a family business established in 1988. From our tiny beginnings, we have always aimed to develop a friendly relationship with our loyal customers and have gone on to acquire an enviable reputation for providing excellent service to the equestrian community and lovers of country life.

Local customers have seen the business grow from a small tack shop to the latest superstore and warehouse facility which opened in 2018. You will be able to enjoy a huge range of country fashion clothing, competition clothing, footwear, equestrian and dog products, all displayed with style in this unrivalled purpose-built retail facility. We are extremely close to the M6, M61 and M65 for easy access and we believe that your journey will be well worth while!

We stock all the major equestrian and country clothing brands including Ariat, LeMieux, Joules, Aubrion, Dublin and Weatherbeeta.

Our large footwear area offers a huge range of styles and brands including Ariat, Dublin, Moretta, Joules and Hunter.

Rider safety is also very important to us. Trained advisors will be happy to help you choose riding hats and body protectors by Champion, Charles Owen, Karben and Airowear.

Not forgetting your horse, we have everything you could possibly need to keep him/her healthy, warm, dry and looking good from Weatherbeeta, Shires, LeMieux, NAF, Global Herbs, Carr & Day & Martin and Equine America. Our well stocked feed room has a large selection from Baileys, TopSpec, Spillers and many others.

When it is time to ride, we have all the best brands in bridles, horse boots, bits and girths.

We know that many of our customers are also dog owners and our bespoke pet area has an excellent range of dog coats from Weatherbeeta, Digby & Fox and LeMieux as well as toys from Kong and others.
