The Arena2K is designed for professional users needing bright, off-grid flood lighting. Adding the optional Supercharger solar panels deliver longer running times for the lights in the winter plus the added flexibility of using Arena2K indoors.  6 lights will light a 20 x 40m riding arena. 

Arena2K is an enhanced and improved version of our bestselling ArenaLight. The powerful 13000mAh lithium battery pack and 2000lumen LED cluster means that Arena2K provides 100% more illumination than its predecessor.

Designed for outdoor use, 365 days per year, Arena2K can be fixed using the u bolts supplied to a standard scaffold pole, or to a wall with the expansion bolts.

Using the remote control, Arena2K can switch between motion activated (PIR) mode and timed illumination mode.

Motion Activated (PIR) Mode

In PIR mode, Arena2K can be set to illuminate automatically when movement is detected within 8m of its PIR sensor, making it ideal as a safety, security, car park, marine jetty or municipal walkway light.

There is also the option to have passive illumination set at 50 lumen until movement is detected when the light level increases to 500 lumen for 30 seconds, or until the movement stops and then reverts to 50 lumen.

Timed Illumination Mode

In this mode Arean2K can operate for either one, or two, hours. A further one, or two, hours can be activated if needed.  Brightness can be changed from 500, to 1000, 1500 or 2000 lumen as desired. 

Supercharging Arena2K

Adding one or more Supercharger solar panels to Arena2K extends the light's nightly run times (in winter) by up to six times. A maximum of three Supercharger panels can be daisy chained together by simply connecting the panel/s to Arena2 light via the port on the side of  the light.

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. 

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. 
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

If you are wanting to collect your order from our store we now offer a Click & Collect service.  Please select Click & Collect at checkout and allow 24 hours from placing your order to collection.  You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready to collect.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a full refund, including the cost of initial delivery if all items ordered are returned together. Full returns information can be found on the returns form sent inside each parcel and refunds are usually made within 2-3 working days after we have received the item back. You can take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. For larger parcels, you may find it cheaper to use an online service such as Parcels2Go. Use a service offering adequate compensation - this will ensure that you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Make sure you keep the postal receipt as it will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit - Oakfield Saddlery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. 

For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. Initial charges for shipping to U.K and EU addresses will be refunded. The cost of shipping to other destinations may be refunded in accordance with relevant legislation. 

If an incorrect/faulty item has been sent we will happily refund the cost of your postage of the item and send out a replacement on receipt of your return. 

Please note unworn items must be accompanied by the original packaging and must have the original tags included. Please ensure any footwear is returned in the original packaging. 

For health and safety reasons, please make sure all items returned are clean, dry and hair free. 

Any goods returned should be unused and in a saleable condition. 

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. 

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder

From the 1st November Oakfield offers an extended returns period for purchases upto the 7th January.

Exchanges

Please indicate what product and size you would like by indicating the product code and size on the returns slip. If your new exchange item is cheaper than your original purchase, we will automatically refund you the difference. If your new exchange is more expensive than your original purchase, we recommend that you request a full refund for the original item, and then place a new order for the replacement item. In the unfortunate occasion that the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will automatically send you a refund.

Once your return has made its way back to us, please allow us up to 5 working days to begin to process a refund or exchange. If you have mislaid your receipt - Don't worry. Simply attach a covering letter with your name, full address and your requirements.

To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS.
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.

We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Sensitive data and communication encryption

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

Payments

We accept all major credit, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay which are processed by Stripe. We also accept payments via your Paypal or Amazon accounts. To help you keep track of your account activity, PayPal and Amazon send an email confirmation of every account transaction. At no point during any part of your transaction do we store any card details.

No personal details are passed on to anyone. The exception to this is to enable your delivery to be made by one of our delivery partner companies.
