Keratex Hoof Gel. Designed for wet weather use, Keratex Hoof Gel forms a protective, waterproof and breathable layer over the hoof, keeping hooves water-tight and preventing them from softening, splitting or breaking up in wet, muddy conditions. Once the product has absorbed into the hooves you will see that water forms droplets that simply roll off the hooves like rain off a waxed jacket or water off a ducks back. Great for hooves that have softened in wet conditions, punctures and horses prone to abscesses and stable horses.

Full returns information can be found on the returns form sent inside each parcel and refunds are usually made within 2-3 working days after we have received the item back. You can take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. For larger parcels, you may find it cheaper to use an online service such as Parcels2Go. Use a service offering adequate compensation - this will ensure that you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Make sure you keep the postal receipt as it will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit - Oakfield Saddlery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. Initial charges for shipping to U.K and EU addresses will be refunded. The cost of shipping to other destinations may be refunded in accordance with relevant legislation.

If an incorrect/faulty item has been sent we will happily refund the cost of your postage of the item and send out a replacement on receipt of your return.

Please note unworn items must be accompanied by the original packaging and must have the original tags included. Please ensure any footwear is returned in the original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, please make sure all items returned are clean, dry and hair free.

Any goods returned should be unused and in a saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder

Secure your integration

To learn more about PCI compliance and establishing good security practices, check out our integration security guide.

A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. We’re a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS.
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.

We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Sensitive data and communication encryption

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

Payments

We accept all major credit, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay which are processed by Stripe. We also accept payments via your Paypal or Amazon accounts. To help you keep track of your account activity, PayPal and Amazon send an email confirmation of every account transaction. For more information visit their respective websites www.paypal.co.uk, www.Amazon.co.uk.

At no point during any part of your transaction do we store any card details.

No personal details are passed on to anyone. The exception to this is to enable your delivery to be made by one of our delivery partner companies.

Please read our Privacy Policy before browsing/making a purchase from our site.
