A splash of colour can be added to the playing field with the help of the Arika Ripstop Turnout Rug. This lightweight yet sturdy rug is great for transitional seasons, covering your horse and keeping them dry and happy in stormy weather. It was developed with the same technical qualities as our Arika Turnout range, which is our best-selling product line. In order to prevent leaks, the outer layer of the 600 Denier rip stop fabric is cut with a seamless spine.

This material is waterproof and breathable. It has a breathability value of 3000 mvp and a waterproof rating of 3000 mm, making it comfortable to wear out in the field. There is a shoulder lining that is antibacterial and anti-static, which helps to balance the rug while also improving its shine. In order to achieve field-friendly freedom and flexibility, our design registered two-part skirt achieves the goal of breaking tension at the front hemline. By lowering the risk of friction and allowing for unrestricted mobility during fun and grazing, the innovative 45-degree angled T-bar front closure, in conjunction with the antibacterial and anti-static shoulder lining, alleviate pressure across the chest and shoulder.

Even if it gets wet, you can rest assured that the thermobonded fill will not loosen or bunch up. Utilising this rug as your go-to turnout option is made possible by its practical technical features. Having reflective details on your horse makes it much simpler to locate and capture it while it is dark. A fillet strap that has been coated with PVC is simple to clean. Things are kept secure beneath the belly by surcingles that are crossed, and another layer of security is provided by leg straps that are elasticised. Arika liner system connectors at the neck and rear allow you to add liners to create adaptable temperature management over the seasons. The detachable neck provides you with alternatives for coverage, while the rear attachment allows you to add liners.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a full refund, including the cost of initial delivery if all items ordered are returned together. Full returns information can be found on the returns form sent inside each parcel and refunds are usually made within 2-3 working days after we have received the item back. You can take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. For larger parcels, you may find it cheaper to use an online service such as Parcels2Go. Use a service offering adequate compensation - this will ensure that you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Make sure you keep the postal receipt as it will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit - Oakfield Saddlery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. 

For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. Initial charges for shipping to U.K and EU addresses will be refunded. The cost of shipping to other destinations may be refunded in accordance with relevant legislation. 

If an incorrect/faulty item has been sent we will happily refund the cost of your postage of the item and send out a replacement on receipt of your return. 

Please note unworn items must be accompanied by the original packaging and must have the original tags included. Please ensure any footwear is returned in the original packaging. 

For health and safety reasons, please make sure all items returned are clean, dry and hair free. 

Any goods returned should be unused and in a saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder

From the 1st November Oakfield offers an extended returns period for purchases upto the 7th January.

Exchanges

Please indicate what product and size you would like by indicating the product code and size on the returns slip. If your new exchange item is cheaper than your original purchase, we will automatically refund you the difference. If your new exchange is more expensive than your original purchase, we recommend that you request a full refund for the original item, and then place a new order for the replacement item. In the unfortunate occasion that the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will automatically send you a refund.

Once your return has made its way back to us, please allow us up to 5 working days to begin to process a refund or exchange. If you have mislaid your receipt - Don't worry. Simply attach a covering letter with your name, full address and your requirements.

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS.
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.

We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Sensitive data and communication encryption

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

Payments

We accept all major credit, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay which are processed by Stripe. We also accept payments via your Paypal or Amazon accounts. To help you keep track of your account activity, PayPal and Amazon send an email confirmation of every account transaction. At no point during any part of your transaction do we store any card details.
