The soft shell fabric of the Essence Collection of saddle pads radiates class while providing elite riders with technical performance that everyone can enjoy. The contour quilted soft shell upper is meticulously designed to hug your horse's curves without wrinkling and is combined with a soft, breathable self-cool lining. The cooling material is woven with cooling fibres, which reduce heat by moving it away from the skin and effectively wicking sweat to keep your horse cool. The moisture-activated cooling liner under the saddle works harder when your horse's body temperature increases. With a full 3D carbon mesh spine for optimal airflow, this saddle pad is specifically developed for hard-working horses. The high wither design relieves pressure and improves your saddle's fit. Elasticated saddle straps are intelligently constructed to be smaller at the point of connection to the D-ring, allowing for additional attachments tailored to your individual training demands. The entire pad benefits from highly researched, soft, friction-free binding that is specifically designed to shape the edges smoothly. This procedure contributes to the preservation of the ideal saddle pad form and binding profile. Sporty rubberised piping provides the pad a crisp, sporty look. The stylish matte-textured faux leather girth protection area is adorned with an embossed logo. Our unique LeMieux hidden girth loop channels allow you to precisely set your girth. A unique LeMieux-branded faux leather tab adds a sumptuous finishing touch.

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. 

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. 
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

If you are wanting to collect your order from our store we now offer a Click & Collect service.  Please select Click & Collect at checkout and allow 24 hours from placing your order to collection.  You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready to collect.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a full refund, including the cost of initial delivery if all items ordered are returned together. Full returns information can be found on the returns form sent inside each parcel and refunds are usually made within 2-3 working days after we have received the item back. You can take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. For larger parcels, you may find it cheaper to use an online service such as Parcels2Go. Use a service offering adequate compensation - this will ensure that you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Make sure you keep the postal receipt as it will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit - Oakfield Saddlery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. 

For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. Initial charges for shipping to U.K and EU addresses will be refunded. The cost of shipping to other destinations may be refunded in accordance with relevant legislation. 

If an incorrect/faulty item has been sent we will happily refund the cost of your postage of the item and send out a replacement on receipt of your return. 

Please note unworn items must be accompanied by the original packaging and must have the original tags included. Please ensure any footwear is returned in the original packaging. 

For health and safety reasons, please make sure all items returned are clean, dry and hair free. 

Any goods returned should be unused and in a saleable condition. 

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. 

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder

From the 1st November Oakfield offers an extended returns period for purchases upto the 7th January.

Exchanges

Please indicate what product and size you would like by indicating the product code and size on the returns slip. If your new exchange item is cheaper than your original purchase, we will automatically refund you the difference. If your new exchange is more expensive than your original purchase, we recommend that you request a full refund for the original item, and then place a new order for the replacement item. In the unfortunate occasion that the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will automatically send you a refund.

Once your return has made its way back to us, please allow us up to 5 working days to begin to process a refund or exchange. If you have mislaid your receipt - Don't worry. Simply attach a covering letter with your name, full address and your requirements.

To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS.
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.

We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Sensitive data and communication encryption

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

Payments

We accept all major credit, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay which are processed by Stripe. We also accept payments via your Paypal or Amazon accounts. To help you keep track of your account activity, PayPal and Amazon send an email confirmation of every account transaction. At no point during any part of your transaction do we store any card details.

No personal details are passed on to anyone. The exception to this is to enable your delivery to be made by one of our delivery partner companies.
